At Sofie Schnoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand over your parcel at the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
